The LITTLE ISLAND TRADER 30 is based on a traditional style cargo boat ideally suited to cruising on a budget. She can be built in wood, aluminum, or steel at your option. I think she turned out to be a nice little pocket cruiser. The LITTLE ISLAND TRADER 30 is suitable for lengthening to 34 feet.
Estimated cost for quality construction materials (not including power or sails) is $4 to $6 per pound. This cost includes a high level of outfit and finish you can be proud of after putting the effort into building this fine boat.
